CREATE A PERSONALIZED VOICE PRESENTER

Upload an audio sample to create a presenter that’s uniquely yours. Once set up, you can use it to narrate the slides on any of your Decks.

Pro tip: You can even add multiple voice presenters to a single Deck!

IMPORT EXISTING PRESENTATIONS

With just one click, Deck lets you import your existing presentations that were made in formats like PPTX and PDF.

Once imported, all your slides show up as it is. You can always add media to them if you like. Supported file formats are .jpeg, .png, .gif for images and .mp4 for video.

IMPORT GOOGLE SLIDES

You can import your existing Google Slides documents if:

• You are the owner of the document. Which means you created the document.

• The document's sharing settings are set to 'Anyone on the internet'.

ADD PRESENTER NOTES TO THE SLIDES

With your voice presenter ready and your document imported, it’s time to add presenter notes to the slides you want narrated.

Once done, review the flow to ensure it feels just right. Happy with the result? Share your Deck by copying the link!

Pro tip: You can always edit and regenerate the audio for any slide, even after sharing your Deck.

SYNC AND UPDATE ANYTIME

A Deck lasts forever. You can update it anytime by replacing outdated slides with new ones. Simply click ‘Sync’ in the top header and import the latest version of your document.

Once imported, drag and drop slides over the outdated ones to replace them or insert new slides wherever needed. When you’re done, click ‘Next,’ and your Deck is updated—just like that!

Note: Replacing slides won’t affect the audio for those slides—it stays exactly as it was.

ADD MEDIA

You can add media to your imported decks by clicking the 'Add Media' button on the control bar. Supported file formats are .jpeg, .png, .gif for images, and .mp4 and .mov for video.

If your video is on YouTube, you can add the link on the import dialog box.

Note: Videos will autoplay in presentation mode. If your video includes sound, avoid adding presenter audio to the same slide.
